This resting spot is on the trail to one of the most travelled hiking trails; it is on the trail to the top of Angels Landing, in Zion National Park. We can see from this vantage point the dramatic scenery for which the canyon is famous, with about 3,000,000 visitors coming here each year. The multitude of colors in the rocks makes each location unique in what we are experiencing; the Virgin River, which was the mechanism, which carved the canyon, can be seen winding its way through the canyon.
